Chinook Energy Inc. has expanded its footprint in Canada through a business combination with Iteration Energy Ltd.

The combined company currently has production of 15,000 boed and was publicly listed on the TSX as Chinook Energy Inc. July 6, 2010. The combined company will have strong gas weighted growth potential in Western Canada and strong oil growth potential in North Africa.

Our plan is to use our strong production base to develop our inventory of oil projects in the current environment and focus on our gas inventory as prices strengthen. We expect the company to differentiate itself as a balanced mid size producer with above average volume growth and an exciting international business. We have a growth plan for 3-5 years in each core business unit and would add additional areas as cash flow, operational success and opportunities supported those commitments.
